  Fantastic! Called 4 other plumbing companies in Cobourg. 3 didn't even return calls until after 3 follow-up calls. One couldn't confirm they would be able to come on three possible dates and times.
  
  Guardian was the only one that answered my call, booked an appointment on the called and showed up exactly in the 2-hour time window provided. Good, quick assessment of the situation. Back with the parts in 2 hiurs and my hot water tank was replaced in less than 4 hours. No upsell just quick, professional service.
